Notice to Our Insureds in the State of Illinois

As a result of catastrophic flooding, the Illinois Insurance Department published Company Bulletin 2015-13 (Revised 1/6/16) entitled “Suspension of Cancellation, Non-renewal and Premium Payments” which applies to affected persons in the counties of Alexander, Cass, Calhoun,  Christian, Clinton, Cumberland, Douglas, Iroquois, Jackson, Jersey, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Menard, Monroe, Morgan, Moultrie, Pike, Randolph, Richland, Sangamon, St. Clair, and Vermillion. If you are an insured under an insurance policy issued by Coface North America Insurance Company and you reside in one of these counties or have insured property in the designated disaster areas, the grace periods outlined in Bulletin 2015-13 (Revised 1/6/16) may be available to you. Our Claims and Underwriting Departments are aware of the requirements of Bulletin 2015-13 (Revised 1/6/16)and are in compliance with them.
