A basic “drive by” is performed to determine the property occupation and condition. This report, which includes photographs, will identify whether or not a company is open and operating. In addition, correspondence, a pre-scripted message or Q&A can be delivered at the time of inspection. Turnaround time is 3 to 7 business days.Appraisals
When a more in depth review is required to determine true value, we can provide several levels of appraisals. All include a fully detailed report including photos and comparables and are completed by fully licensed and certified appraisers. Approximate turnaround varies depending on the project.Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s)
As an alternative to conventional appraisal products, a BPO provides a professional opinion for current market valuation in a timely and cost efficient manner. This report contains comments related to local market conditions, immediate neighborhood characteristics, subject property condition and an analysis of three current listings and three recent sales of comparable properties, including photos, culminating in the broker’s conclusion of a suggested list and sales price.
