Michael J. Ferrante
President, Coface North America
Michael Ferrante is President of Coface North America, leading all of Coface’s business activities in the United States and Canada. Coface is a global provider of products and services to protect, manage and monitor commercial accounts receivable.
Mr. Ferrante is based in East Windsor, N.J., and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of Coface North America’s business lines, including trade credit insurance; credit information and ratings; receivables management; and receivables financing and factoring services. He also serves as Platform Manager for Coface in Latin America and is a member of the Coface Executive Committee.
Previously, from 1989 through 2003, Mr. Ferrante was President of CNA Credit, a unit of CNA that was acquired by Coface in 2003. From 1985 to 1989 he was Deputy Department Manager, Financial Risk, Continental Insurance. He was head of new product development, Financial Risk, from 1981 to 1985. Mr. Ferrante joined Continental in 1979 as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst for the International Reinsurance Division.
Prior to joining Continental in 1979, Mr. Ferrante was a Marketing Analyst for the Home Insurance Company in New York from 1977 to 1979.
Mr. Ferrante holds a professional membership in the National Association of Credit Management. He earned both his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and his MBA in banking and financial markets from Adelphi University in Garden City, N.Y.

Kerstin C. Braun
Executive Vice President
Kerstin Braun is Executive Vice President of Coface North America, leading all of Coface’s sales and marketing activities in the United States and Canada. She is responsible for product development and business growth in Coface’s four business lines: Trade credit insurance, business information, accounts receivable financing/factoring and receivables management.
Prior to coming to the United States in 2009, Ms. Braun led the sales department at Coface Deutschland, a position she held since 2005. At the same time, she was also responsible for sales in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden. Because of Ms. Braun’s international background, she was chosen to lead global project groups for new product development and for the implementation of worldwide sales tools.
Ms. Braun studied law at Eberhard-Karls-University (Tuebingen, Germany) and received a PhD from the University of Salzburg (Austria). During the course of her professional and academic career, she has resided in Italy, Switzerland and the United States.
Ms. Braun is a member of Coface’s Top Management Group. She works in the New York City and East Windsor, New Jersey offices of Coface North America.

Kenneth Moyle
Executive Vice President, Coface North America
Kenneth Moyle is a Senior Vice President at Coface North America, responsible for managing the underwriting of all credit insurance policies. Ken manages Coface's exposure in North America, and is also responsible for the analysis and evaluation of larger exposures.
Mr. Moyle started as an underwriter in the Credit Insurance Department of Continental Insurance in 1986 and has held various underwriting and administrative positions in credit insurance at Continental and then CNA Credit, both predecessors to Coface North America.
Prior to that he worked as a credit analyst for Integrity Insurance Company, underwriting financial guarantees. He has a B.A. from Rutgers College and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Moyle is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer.
He is based in East Windsor, New Jersey.
