Business to Business Collector Position

Job Summary:
This position requires outbound and inbound business-to-business collections. We are looking for collectors with the ability to negotiate and resolve a consumer's issues quickly and professionally. This position requires strong communication skills.
Principle Duties:
-Make outbound collection calls to customers and influence customers to make payments on the past due account.
